We are located near the Carlmont Shopping Center in sunny Belmont, California.

Village Square offers 1 and 2 bedroom apartments (unfurnished), each with a view of the Belmont hills and the bay! We offer great on-site facilities and a complex that is friendly, quiet, and affordable.  We've been told by apartment shoppers that these are the nicest apartments in Belmont, and we're always working hard to make sure this is a great place to live.

All apartments are all electric and include access to pool, laundry room, and elevator, and 1 covered carport space; water (including hot), garbage, and recycling are included.  We do not accept Section 8. All adult occupants must fill out an application. We are sorry, but Village Square Apartments cannot allow dogs.  An indoor cat may be allowed with an extra security deposit of +$600 per cat, if all rules are followed.

An application for each adult tenant MUST be submitted, and ALL info must be provided (it's ok to leave out actual account numbers). We prioritize applications in the order they are received (if complete) by rental experience & references, and rent-to-income ratio. If complete, it can take at least 2 business days for us to process your application.
